1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on VIP Taka, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VIP Taka.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

When you register on VIP Taka, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. VIP Taka will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. VIP Taka reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

• Registration is free. VIP Taka does not charge any fee to create an account.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration. Contact support if there is an error in your registered name.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your VIP Taka account to any other person.

4 Deposits

VIP Taka accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods. Deposits made through unsupported channels cannot be credited and may not be recoverable.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and account tier. Check your account dashboard for your current limits.
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited within minutes. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to issues with the payment provider.
• Currency: All transactions on VIP Taka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposit fees: VIP Taka does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. VIP Taka does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Limits apply per transaction and per day. Check your account for current limits.
• Processing time: Verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Unverified accounts may experience delays until KYC is completed.
• Withdrawal fees: VIP Taka does not charge withdrawal fees. Mobile wallet provider charges may apply.
• Pending bets: Withdrawals cannot be processed while you have active bets or unsettled wagers. Wait for all bets to settle before requesting a withdrawal.

VIP Taka reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on your account standing. Providing requested documents promptly will ensure the fastest possible processing time.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

VIP Taka offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the Rewards page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. VIP Taka reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure.
• Changes: VIP Taka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on VIP Taka are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question. These rules are displayed within each game or on the relevant game page. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing a bet.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed within the game interface.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result of the game as determined by the game provider. VIP Taka does not alter game outcomes.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game, VIP Taka reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection: VIP Taka is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure on your end. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted before disconnection will stand.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIP Taka. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on VIP Taka.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to fund or operate an account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Money laundering: Using VIP Taka to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. VIP Taka complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on VIP Taka.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

VIP Taka reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.

If your account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. VIP Taka will communicate the outcome of any investigation to you in writing.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Privacy and Data

VIP Taka collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on VIP Taka, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We use your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
